Ease into your chef-ing experience in a relaxed and informal environment where you will learn the art of French cuisine as you create (and perhaps, as importantly, eat!) three courses of fabulous French food.
Want to know how to fill a vol-au-vent? Or perhaps master the art of rustic French pate? Have you ever wondered what a quenelle is? Feel free to ask questions as your chef instructs you to make one of these iconic French dishes – that’s just the starter!
Then create your piece de resistance in the form of an iconic coq-au-vin (it’s not just for the seventies, folks) or the ultimate chateaubriand, topped with a side of dauphinoise potatoes and bacon-wrapped bean parcels.
Finish with an apple jalousie or a deconstructed baked Alaska made with raspberries and a red velvet sponge. The ultimate in sophisticated cuisine.

The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the operator’s discretion. You work in small groups with some of the lesson being demonstration and some of the lesson being hands-on.
