If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to get very close to sharks, then this is your chance to experience the rush and excitement it creates.
With no previous scuba experience required, we teach you everything you need to know to dive with the sharks.
Before entering the water, learn how to breathe underwater using the diving apparatus. After 90 minutes of professional training, it's time to meet the sharks.
The colony of grey nurse sharks range in size from 1 to 3 metres, and you're about to enter their domain in Shark Harbour. Talk about an underwater adventure!
During your 30-minute dive with the sharks, your safety is the number one priority. The diving instructors are with you all the way to help you get the most from your time in the deep.
Incredible underwater photos capture the moment you are face to face with the sharks. Will it be an authentic look of fun or an awkward smile of fear? No matter, those photos will bring back the memories of your adventure with the sharks.
With the dive over, warm up with a hot shower and join in for a debrief. You'll have the opportunity to see the photos of your dive, which are available for you to purchase.
Allow 2.5 hours with 30 exciting minutes spent in the tank with the sharks!
This experience is available all year round on weekdays only - Monday to Friday. Sessions run 3 or 4 times a day throughout the week.
Valid for one person Monday through Friday. There is a maximum of 4 introductory divers per session.
You cannot fly nor consume alcohol within 12 hours before the dive. Medical restrictions apply as some conditions may prevent you from participating - asthma, chronic epilepsy, sinus, diabetes, high blood pressure or ear problems.
All dives are available for people over the age of 14 years. A parent or guardian must accompany 14 to 17-year-olds. You must be able to swim, speak fluent English and be in good health.
