Pole fitness is the new age fitness experience that will change how you think about getting fit.
You'll learn how to hang, flip, spin and climb up a pole. Even put your feet on the ceiling! Pole fitness strengthens every single muscle in your body! The pole stabilises you, gives support with balance and posture control and the hanging means you can stretch your entire body out, an awesome feeling!
In your first hour, you will learn your hand, thigh and ankle grips as well as some easy circus moves! But that's just the beginning.
You can expect to burn more calories and fat than with alternative strength training methods. You will sculpt your entire body, developing firmer arms, more defined shoulders and back and abs.
Each class lasts one full hour allowing 1/2 hour for arrival and departure.
This experience is available all year round. All week long, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Valid for 6 people. Additional people can attend for a fee of $20 per person payable on the day.
This is an anaerobic, not aerobic work out, meaning you can take the class at your own unique pace. Drinks and health snacks are available.
The program has been designed for all ages, body shapes and sizes and any fitness level.
