Learn Italian cooking, an understated culinary art where foods are rich in flavours and seasoned with fresh herbs.
Your cooking class begins with a heartwarming welcome where you can sample freshly made bread, focaccia or pizza.
Your chef introduces you to the class and the techniques behind creating delicious yet straightforward dishes to wow your friends. Then pop on your apron, move into the kitchen and begin the cooking.
Working in small groups, your chef guides you through step by step from preparing the perfect gnocchi, delicious sauces, and pasta.
You also learn to make the perfect Italian sweet dish - the light and refreshing double vanilla and berry panna cotta, a versatile, delicious dessert.
After the class, sit down to eat the extraordinary food created on the day - stunning authentic Italian dishes steeped in tradition and flavour.

The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the operators discretion. You work in small groups with some of the lesson being demonstration and some of the lesson being hands-on.
Suitable for ages 14 and up.
We really enjoyed our class but we were rushed. Not sure why as we finished early. Guidance was great as were the results. Parking was difficult. We took the advice to come in a bit early to ensure we were on time for the class.
