Come and learn all the tips and secrets to prepare and cook various cuts of delicious chicken and pork. Our chefs help you flavour match these dishes to different ciders.
You get all the tips and tricks for preparing flavoursome and moist chicken and pork every time whether its a whole roast pork loin or chicken or pork fillet.
On the day, relax and share your thoughts on what you would like to achieve from the BBQ class. Prepare to cook up some of the best BBQ food you've ever tasted. Our chefs cover the important areas of temperatures and resting meats.
Then its straight onto the BBQ demonstrations where you play an active part in the preparation, cooking and serving of the dishes. Throughout the lesson, you get to enjoy the food and a tasting.
Classes run for approximately 3 hours commencing at 11:30am.
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays,. We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure a place on your selected date.
Valid for one person. There are 14 people in each BBQ class and two experienced chefs.
The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
