Your chef for the session discusses the format of the day and introduce the menu. Then it's hands-on!
You get to discuss BBQ cooking, learn tips and the important methodology around temperatures. It all takes place in a relaxed, entertaining environment and menu.
The chef demonstrates each dish before handing the reigns to you to recreate for yourself. After each dish, you sit down as a group to enjoy your creations.
With all you've learnt, you'll finish the session with new confidence. Get ready to replicate gourmet BBQ Mexican dishes at home and amaze your family and friends.
Classes run for approximately three hours commencing at 11:30am.
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays, We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure a place on your selected date.
Valid for one person. There are 14 people in each BBQ class and two experienced chefs
The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two-part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
