Even better – he is willing and able to show you exactly how to make, toss and spin a pizza like a professional – well just like him in fact. Salvatore uses traditional techniques, to create sensational pizza all by hand and with absolutely no tools – just the way Nonna did it.
Based in Sydney, Salvatore will take you through an amazing fun filled & entertaining journey where you will learn the art and skill of authentic Italian pizza making and how to make your own authentic Italian Pizza from scratch.
Salvatore will take through the whole process step by step, from selecting ingredients and learning the secret art of dough making, all the way through to creating your very own Pizza. And to top it all off, he will have you performing pizza acrobatics in no time at all. He’s that good you see.
