On arrival, enjoy a cool beer, put onan apron,and meet your cheffor the day.You and the chefprepare fresh meat forsmoking to demonstrate and learn the techniques. The chef covers equipment, the Texas crutch method, troubleshooting andtemperature.

Classes run for3 hours commencing at 11:00 am or 3:00 pm.
