In this very special class, we fire up the pizza oven to create deliciously smokey Italian Classics.
No pizza is created equal! The Italian's have got it right and then the rest of the world tries to replicate it!
With a few basic ingredients; a simple pizza dough, tasty fillings and sauces, and of course the classic wood fire you will never feel the same about this simple and delicious food again. Try your hand at a crispy focaccia and a few surprises too.
