As they say in Kangaroo Valley, the only way to learn to cook is to roll up your sleeves and do it yourself. With this tremendous Italian cooking experience, you learn much more than how to create the perfect pasta dish.
And even if you are “culinarily challenged” this cooking class is the perfect way to get a little more insight into how to work some magic in the kitchen, especially when you have the delightful Toni to show you how it is done.
As Toni says, making great pasta comes from the heart and the hands! And she guides you every step of the way to teach you the Italian cooking skills you have always dreamed of possessing.
During this 4 hour class, you learn the art of making silky pasta. How to prepare a light Italian lunch that includes antipasti, filled pasta (ravioli or tortellini). And then a delicious dessert. Then you can enjoy the fruits of your labour in Toni’s gorgeous bush setting.
Using the best local ingredients, she lets the flavours tell the story. And moral of this cooking class story is all about tantalising the taste buds.
Allow 4 hours to cover 3 to 4 courses.
Classes are held on weekends throughout the year from 10am to 2pm.
Valid for one person. Classes are kept small with no more than 10 per class.
Parking is available on site and in the township. Regretfully, we do not cater for specific dietary requirements, but we do try to incorporate vegetarian options in all of our classes.
Minimum age is 12 years old.
