We look at how to achieve moist and tasty seafood, starting with crucial buying tips to ensure you are getting the freshest possible product. Then we move onto the BBQ demonstrations where you play an active part in the preparation, cooking and serving of the dishes.

Throughout the session, you get to enjoy the food and receive an interesting two-part wine tutorial matched to your meal.
Classes run for approximately three hours commencing at 11:30 am.
Cooking classes are held weekly on Saturday or Sunday. We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure a place on your selected date.
Valid for one person. There are 12 to 20 people in each BBQ class and 2 experienced chefs.
The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
