Imagine being able to hand feed Cownose Sting Rays on a privately escorted Aquarium tour!

This VIP experience shows you through the behind-the-scenes workings of the Cairns Aquarium with views and explanations of the fish food preparation room, innovative plant and equipment that filters the millions of litres of water on site, coral propagation facilities and a stop at the onsite turtle hospital to see how we care for and rehabilitate sick and injured sea turtles.

You also enjoy a scatter feed to the outback river monsters and hand feed the gentle Cownose rays.

The marine life encounter includes admission to the Cairns Aquarium to experience the entire journey at leisure.

The experience is not affected by the weather.

Allow 2 hours for the event, commencing at 11:30 am. The minimum booking notice is 72 hours.

Available throughout the year, Monday to Saturday.

Valid for one person aged 3 to 14 years. A minimum of two people are required for the tour to go ahead. A paying adult must attend with you.

Due to safety reasons, children under 12 may not hand-feed the Cownose Rays. A souvenir gift is substituted.
