If youre a meat lover and fancy yourself cooking steaks and roasts on the BBQ, or if your meat tends to look more charred than char-grilled, then this BBQ Meat Class is just the class for you. Youll learn to cook your basic meats to perfection on the BBQ.
When you arrive for the cooking class, it's straight down to business with acold beer or soft drink. Your chefs for the daydiscuss the format of the class and introduce the menu.
After a demonstration, you'll help createthe first course,by preparing and barbecuing your dish with insights from your chefs along the way. Next, embark on creating salads and sides for your meats.
It's now time to carve and serve the meats and to sit down and enjoy. Allowing for seasonal variations, the menu includesBBQ Tandoori Chicken with Kachumber wrapped in Paratha, BBQ Bass Strait, Beef Sirloin with Field Mushrooms and Porcini Butter BBQ Greek Style Lamb with Fat Roasted Potato and Kale Salad.
Classes run for approximately 3 hours commencing at 11:00 am or 3:00 pm
Classes are held weekly on Saturdays or Sundays.
Valid for one person.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
