Product Details

Your experience starts with a comprehensive safety briefing and introduction to the unmodified Formula Ford Spirit or Van Diemen race cars.

Begin with two orientation laps led by an instructor. The orientation laps help yougain valuable insights into the Wodonga circuit, its apexes, straights and braking points. During the session, you have access to a professional Formula Ford racing driver who can help you get the most out of the experience.

With the orientation session complete, you climb behind the wheel of the Formula Ford. Strapped into the open cockpit with a full 6-point harness and a quick-release steering wheel, its time to drive for a five-lap session of the 1.6km track.

Feel the super responsive race car react to every small adjustment you make as you sweep through corners pulling loads of up to 2Gs. There are no rev-limiters so that you can drive the car to the limits.

Need to Know

In the event of poor weather conditions, the experience will still go ahead unless advised by the operator of the experience. If your date is cancelled, you will be rescheduled for another date.

Allow approximately 2-3 hours for the experience.

Available throughout the year, dependent on availability. There are 4 sessions throughout the day.

Valid for one person. Up to 20other participants will be present during the session.

When you are driving, you are responsible for any damage done to the vehicle. You must hold a minimum of a P standard driving license and be able to confidently use a manual gearbox.

Age 16 plus. Weight limit 120kg. Height range 155-196cm. Not safe for pregnant women or certain medical conditions. Consult a doctor if unsure.
