Learn Italian cooking, an understated culinary art where foods are rich in flavour and seasoned with fresh herbs.
The course offers you the chance to acquire new techniques that go into creating delicious yet straightforward dishes that will wow your friends and family.
You begin the class with freshly made bread, focaccia or pizza over an introduction and chat with your fellow budding chefs. Then pop on your apron, move into the kitchen and begin the cooking.
Working in small groups, youll be guided by the chef, step by step, from preparing the perfect pasta dough, to delicious ravioli filling, roasted capsicum sauce and burnt butter with sage. You also learn to make the ideal Italian sweet dish - the light and refreshing semi-freddoItalian ice cream.
After the class, sit down to eat the extraordinary food created on the day - stunning authentic Italian dishes steeped in tradition and flavour.

The menu is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the operators discretion. You work in small groups with some of the lesson being demonstration and some of the lesson being hands-on.
